Tradition, nostalgia, showmanship, and just plain fun—that’s what makes the Fortuna Rodeo Parade one of Humboldt County’s most beloved annual events. Held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, the parade once again served as one of the biggest highlights of Fortuna Rodeo Week, bringing thousands of spectators to downtown Fortuna for a celebration of community, western heritage, and small-town pride. Beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Main Street and winding its way to Fortuna Boulevard at Smith Lane, the parade featured a wide variety of entries, from classic vehicles and community organizations to beautifully presented horse division participants.

The Aahmes Shriners and the Redwood Shrine Club were proud to be part of this longstanding tradition, joining the festivities with a colorful display of classic automobiles, mini vehicles, patriotic spirit, and, of course, the iconic red fez. Throughout the parade route, Nobles greeted families, waved to children, and shared plenty of smiles, reflecting the fellowship and good humor that have long been hallmarks of the Shrine fraternity.

Aahmes Shriners extends its sincere thanks to the parade organizers, volunteers, participants, and the many spectators who made this year’s event another memorable success. The Redwood Shrine Club was honored to represent Aahmes Shriners during one of Fortuna’s most cherished traditions and looks forward to returning for many more years of fellowship, service, and fun.
